Getting to Know Your Camera Class FREE in January

If you receive a new camera for the holidays and are not sure where to begin, but you know it’s not the large manual that came with it then we have got you covered. On Saturday, January 12th from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at Island Images Professional Photography Studio, Inc located at 2036 14th Avenue, STE 101, Vero Beach, FL 32960 will be offering our “Getting To Know Your Camera” workshop for FREE.
With all the brands and models of cameras in the market today, there are common threads to the use of these cameras.  In this workshop we will help you to understand what they mean to your particular camera and when and how to use those functions. We will explore the basics of your camera from Point and Shoot cameras with the most common shooting modes then explore the preset scene modes found in some of the more sophisticated models.

The workshop will cover

Visible Light - How We See
Color Temperature and White Balance
Metering Modes
Basic Shooting Modes
Preset Scene Modes

Everyone from the beginning photographer to the avid enthusiast is encouraged to attend.  We will help you understand and demystify your camera!
